Anti-inflammatory celery juice

 


Last time psoriasis flared up (on my hands and feet in 2019) it was bloody relentless for 10 months and nothing mainstream medical helped at all.  Nothing holistic helped much either.  

I'd read about celery juice being anti-inflammatory and helpful at clearing up things like eczema and psoriasis.  So gave it a go for ten days.  It was pretty revolting to drink but it worked at clearing up the psoriasis.  

A small patch of the rash has returned on my left ankle so I'm giving the celery juice another go - hope it works again this time!

Start the day with lemon juice in very warm water.  Wait for 10-20 minutes then drink 500ml - 1litre of celery juice.  Best results happen with drinking 1litre.  

Breakfast and medication can be had about half an hour later.

Stay close to home and a loo because this will go through you - sometimes quite explosively - within the hour (or maybe two).
